
Donna M. Tocco, graduated from Georgian Court University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. In 1991, Ms. Tocco earned her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Law School. After law school, Ms. Tocco served as a judicial clerk for the Civil Presiding Judge in Monmouth County, Freehold, New Jersey. She was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey in 1991 and is currently licensed to practice law before all New Jersey State Courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Tocco grew up in Central New Jersey and worked as an attorney there litigating professional malpractice cases until 1995. Thereafter, she moved to South New Jersey and has been litigating cases ever since. Ms. Tocco’s practice primarily involved personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
Ms. Tocco is now working on complex pharmaceutical cases involving Gadolinium, Ketek, and Nuva-Ring. She also works on professional malpractice (medical malpractice, in particular), personal injury and contract law cases.
Ms. Tocco is an avid runner and ran her first marathon last year. When she’s not practicing law, Donna and her husband, Greg, are enjoying time with their two sons, Dylan and Aidan, other family members and friends.
