Niki A. Trunk

Niki A. Trunk received her Bachelors degree in English from Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey) in 1996 and her law degree and MBA from Temple University in 2000.  While at Temple, she had the honor of being selected as the Executive Editor of the Environmental and Technology Law Journal and has authored articles on the practice of law. 

Before joining Lopez McHugh, Niki represented plaintiffs in various personal injury litigation including medical malpractice, construction accidents, and drug litigation. 

She is an active member of the Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester County Bar Associations as well as the American Association for Justice and its New Jersey affiliate.  She has recently been appointed to the Board of Governors of the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association [ATLA-NJ] and the Board of Trustees for the Gloucester County Bar Association.  Ms. Trunk was also recently appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a committee member to the Office of Attorney Ethics for Gloucester and Camden counties.

She is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as the US Supreme Court.

In her spare time, Niki enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael.  She is also actively involved in her local community including co-chairing her local American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and sitting on her township’s Planning Board.
